unfortunately....exercise and eat healthy....no such quick fixes

Just like everyone else said, you need to eat healthy and get some daily exercise in. That's easier said than done. You also need a good support system to keep yourself on track and motivated. You might try Weight Watchers, which has been around for a long time. It's inexpensive, they help you make the right food choices and can answer any of your exercise questions. Plus, they keep you going!

Find what your daily calorie intake is.... its not 2000 lol. Eat under that amount and you will lose weight. ALSO when exercising keep inmind anerobic is BAD. You body gets rid of fat slower in that mode. Huffing and puffing is bad, the best way is to go on long walks.

You need a healthier lifestyle that you can settle into and keep up even after you have gotten the desired figure.So don't keep measuring yourself a hundred times a day, instead try to find out what is good for your body(plus all of the above, except for the curses).
