I have gian an excessive amount of weight within a year's worth of time. I went form a slender size 6 to a normal size 12. I have problem with these areas: my hips, butt, waist, and thighs. Can you tell me I can deal with these areas so I can at least get down to a size 8 by March. Thank You!

Unless you want to distroy your health, do it the right way.

Start walking anywhere. 20-30 minutes. MOVE. Watching TV, stand and move side to side. Put the radio on and dance like you've never danced before. If there's a facility with a pool, use it 2x a week (water is a great body shaper). No pool, use free weights - 2 lbs.

Keep portion size small and no second servings (no matter how good it looks or taste). I have found that having lunch as my main meal and dinner light (salad with soup or 1/2 a sandwich) works to maintain my weight.

I'm a size 7-8 and can fit into size 6 dress depending on the cut of the dress. I weigh 135 lbs. and am 5'7". Waist: 23 inches.

I wish you the best.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

To serious lose weight like I have 40 lbs. is exercise. I have a trend mill I use every day. I know exercise is hard to get into but it real work with my diet. During the winter months it hard but with exercise you can keep the weight off. Also try floor exercises By doing leg lifts you build up your leg muscles that will shed inches off. Then try to eat more fruits then sweets.fruits are a substitute with fructose instead of sugary snacks. Good luck with losing weight.

You need to go on a no fat diet of about 1200 calories a day and exercise 2 hours a day on a tredmill or excercise bike. Walking would do it too. No alcohol.
