You need to let them know how you feel, I know how it feels trust me. Even if they don't think of you in that way they still know how you feel. They may just want to be friends at this time. Remember the best relationships start as friendships.

Why waste your money? If they don't notice you now, that won't make a diiference, just make them feel awkward.
