When a guy kisses you and he says , "This will sustain me until tomorrow". Also, when everytime I say what I want to do like go to the fair or want to watch a certain movie and follows up with "I will go with you". I know that is obvious but maybe more than a friendship yes?

Yes he wants to go out with you. He probably hasn't dated much and is a little shy about asking girls out, probably a real "keeper" if you like him.
