the fact is that each breed matures at different ages. On average, small to medium size breeds reach maturity at 18 to 24 months, larger breeds, some not til 36 months. The growing spurts are not overly defined therefore you could have 4 pups from the same litter and at 7 months can all be different sizes yet by the time they reach full maturity can be all the same size. The best way to tell is be patient and wait til they reach their maturity. APBT should be approx 24 months. Height and body mass do not necessarily grow at the same time. The dog could put on a growth spurt in height but the body may take longer to fill out or visa versa.

She is still a puppy. It varies by breed, but large dogs don't tend to reach full maturity until 18 months of age, sometimes later. Until that time, she may still grow and fill out and her muscles and skeletal system will continue to develop. Tests for hip dysplasia for example aren't done until a dog is approximately 2 years of age. At 7 months, if she has not been spayed, her reproductive system will still be developing. And in terms of behavior, many dogs don't become fully mature until 2-3 years of age.

puppies are usually about the size they are going to be for the rest of their lives at 7 months. I have a 7month old pup and she is about as big as she is going to get. And that is based off of what the vet said they may gain some more weight but they should be close to done.

Nope. They are considered adults at 12 months and seniors at 7 years.
The will continue to grow however well after 12 months. You won't reach full maturity till about 2-3 years.

No, she is not.
Some breeds take longer than others to mature and be considered adult individuals. So, you better include the breed in your question.
Very generally speaking, you cannot say a dog is an adult before he is at least one year old, but there are many long-lived breeds, which take years to reach maturity.

No- she'll probably grow a bit more till she's around 1 year, and she may fill out a little bit into her second and third year.

she wont stop growinfg until she is 2 years old then she is called a full grown dog

Dog's do not fully develp. until they are at least 2 years old.

At 7 months she should be as "tall" as she's going to get, but she'll continue to add bone and muscle mass now and will get more "solid" and heavy.

Not yet..she is still a puppy. After the 1year old...shes a young adult. =)
