Yes it does. It's how I found out I had high BP, I had a headache that wouldn't go away. If I miss taking my BP meds for more than two days I get a headache. Regardless of whether this is what is causing your problems you should see a doctor.

Yes. See your doctor and he'll prescribe meds to lower your blood pressure. To relieve the hedache, lie in a dark quiet room for 30 minutes, that usually works for me.
