I don't get it.I've been charged with just about evetything involving drugs,because I'm a pothead and proud of it.I've been charged with possession,paraphenilia,possession to sell,trafficking,buying, stoned in public,but now they are trying to pin me with advertising illegal drugs,simply because I have a hoodie with an airbrushed marijuana leaf on it.Can I charge these pigs with harrassment?Let me also add that none of my charges have stuck,even the judge thinks they should give me a break.

You represent what's wrong with our country today! Instead of being an upstanding representative to others...you brag on the internet about your illegal endeavors!
Personally, I could care less about your tattoo's or general appearance....other than if you look like a skank in a public place...you only embarass yourself....not me! The looks you get will be thoughts of how pathetic some people are thinking that illegal drugs are cool. Based upon your verbage and text...you impress me......not!
Can you bring a harassment charge? No...especially if there is an ordinance which prohibits the posting or representation of something illegal!
By the way...take time to come off your high before you make comments on here. If you weren't high...you'd notice there is a "spell check" above the place where you type. Just think...the computer does it all FOR you!
Maybe our paths will cross one day! I'll insure a bed is reserved just for you in our metro jail!

I think the advertising charge is a bit chicken (*&^(* (I'm a cop BTW) if your giving all the information. As far as them and "harrassment"...your a proud pothead, remember?
It's not harrassment for the police to enforce the law when your so proudly breaking it.
So, keep it in your house or stop. Otherwise, they are going to keep stoping you and saying hi.

Does the word loser mean anything to you. If you push they will push back. Give the law a break and see what happens. In others words, don't be so obvious. The law will always lean on those who advertise.
