So that means you're 5'3" and weigh 143 pounds.
If you have a medium sized frame, a healthy weight is about 15 pounds lighter.
It's not a matter of what guys prefer. . It's a matter of being healthy for your height to avoid becoming overweight or suffering medical problems.

considered a little bit on heavy side but nothing too terrible. in our society tv, movies, etc etc have glamorized the perfect physique, which we see as a slim hardbody.. for health reasons you might want to lose a bit, but more important to be comfortable with yourself as a person, and you'll attract the right guy for you-personality, grooming, intelligence ultimately are the most important thing to most guys in terms of long term relationships. shorter term, or guys looking just for sex, that obviously not the case

because a man that worries about being with a fat woman is a stupid insensitive clod and not even worth the time to talk to.Body size is not really an issue..as you know all things change.Just because a guy finds a thin girl she could easily gain weight within time and circumstance.Half of these guys are probably pimps and the other half are slobs with nothing to talk about but themselves

you aren't obese but you should consider drop to 58 - 60, you'll be healthier, feel better and be more confident. Guys like confident girls, not just slim girls.
