What is the best digital camera for wedding portraits?

I am a novice photographer but have been asked to photograph 2 weddings but want to update my camera, what are the best choices? I am on a budget and do not want to spend more than 800.00 on a camera.

Well you aren't going to get the best camera for $800.00 but you would probably do well with a Canon Rebel xti. The Canon 5D is the ideal wedding camera, it has a full frame sensor.

Olympus E-1. Color rendition is exceptional. Megapixel good enough for wedding shots.

Canon Rebel XT is a sure bet.
