Sit that boy down and have a good talk.
This is a day to remember forever.
Not a hunting party or fad.
The bride should have the last say
at the wedding, if for no other reason
than to get her husband use to it.

maybe do the light to medium green. it's a pretty color and it will bring out the green in there vests. Good Luck! Hope I helped oh and CONGRATS! I think also that it's really cool that you're doing something different! Don't let anyone of these crap heads put you down. Some people are just not used to change. I think it's a cute idea. oh also. what if you took the vests with you. and maybe you could use two of the colors out of it... I don't know how many brides maids you are having. but lets just say 4, Just pick out two colors and have two girls wear one color and the other two wear the other color. and then maybe you could make a camo guarder. Good Luck!

I saw this done at a wedding very tastefully. The men had their camo vests/ties and the women wore chocolate colored strapless dresses that were tea length with a pink ribbon around their waist. You would probably be able to find something like this at David's Bridal. Beautiful and tailored to their personal style!

If you really want to do the hunting theme you could do that crazy orange color that hunters have to wear. It could look really cool. But the other alternative is to do a really nice black dress (not satiny) for your girlfriends. You can also put each girl in a different camo color-One tan-one olive-one in the green and all the various colors within the pattern. This will be a unique wedding to say the least and all I can say is that your honey better realize what a great girl he is getting to allow this.

At least you are letting him have some say in your wedding. I would personally go with the hunter's orange. Green or a brown would also be nice. You might be able to find (or make) camo sashes to tie the dresses in.

Congratulations this is going to be fun, don't let people make you feel bad because they just can't imagine a wedding like this. I would seriously think about a gold color for the fall colors, my husband would love it. We had a biker wedding. It was who we were then and I will always have great memories of that day even though we no longer ride that much. This is a day for you two to enjoy and bring whatever it is you want to be part of your day. good luck and have fun with it.

Oh man, and you are cool with this? He'd better never let you go, 'sall I can say!
Just get one of his vests and go color matching. Take the girls with you, no sense in putting them all in some ugly color that none of them look good in.
Geez I'd be fighting on this, but maybe you're into hunting too. In which case, put the girls in camo too, and give them 30-06s instead of bouquets.

Sage green or possibly even gold.....orrrrrrrr dress them all up like white tail deer?
I give you credit and kudos - too many brides never take into consideration what the groom wants and would flip out at the mention of camo in a wedding......two thumbs up for not being a bridezilla!

Ignore all the people that are criticizing you. I think its great that you both are open minded and let the other share their ideas of what they want and accept it. I know my GF won't go out in public with me if i wear camo and that bothers me.

I cannot believe you are letting him wear hunting gear on ya'lls wedding day! But since you don't mind I would put your bridesmaids in a deep green dress. Have them hold yellow flowers.
I would seriously consider putting your foot down on this. In 10 years, are you going to appreciate your wedding pictures looking like a hunting club gone wrong? These pictures are going to be blown up and framed in your home, your parents home and your in-laws home. Also, this is your one and only big day... you should have it exactly how you want it.
If that is what you want.... then congrats and good luck!
