Hi there,

I don't like the word diet, there is no such thing that works that is call diet. Moderation is the best thing. Always keep in mind that allot of white food is not good for food. examples potatoes, chips, breads, mozzarella cheese, rice again moderation. Always read your label on your food at the groceries store. Or count your calories intake. There a web site that helps you to count them....www.countcalories.com. This will help you and also go for a walk early in the morning is best or at night. Listen you take it easy and start there. If you go nuts it does not work because it's just not a normal thing to starve yourself.Just eat normal with lest carbs and calories. Listen good luck and I know that you can do it.

Most studies say that you can't spot reduce fat! That means you just need to work out and it doesnt matter what you do as long as you get your body moving! I would suggest just doing some type of cardio. I personally like to do aerobic kick boxing! I usually just use a tape, so you don't even have to leave the house or join a gym!

You should also try to change your diet and reduce your calorie intake a little bit! If yo can do this it will go a long way and fast. You dont need to start measuring all your food intake and eating only healthy stuff, just make a few cuts here and there. After a few days it will be easy and you wont even notice you are eating less. If you do the two you are gauranteed to lose weight and trim that belly up.

But until you lose the weight crunches wont do much for you because the muscle will still be hidden beneath the fat!

Do 200 sit-ups a day in reps of fifty throughout the day, eat three oranges and two apples a day, a bag of organic greens a day and toss them with healthy servings of avocado oil, and eat egg whites. Jog 3 miles every other day. Make sure you lift weights before you go jogging! You'll lose more body fat. It works for me when/ if I get ten pounds over my ideal weight

Weight train, do ab work, cardio. That's 10%. The other 90% is a strict diet and rest. Do not undervalue rest. That is when your body goes under positive changes.

Well, diet and exercise.

Unfortunately, humans can't target were in our bodies the fat we burn comes from. However, we can target which muscles we build up. So... to loose the fat the only thing you can do is burn it all off. As for building up that six pack your best bet is crunches.

sit-ups, swimming, cycling, eating less fat. what you really want to do is change whatever gross diet you have for good. otherwise you won't see any results for ages. Why are people always trying to find the easy way out?

you need to decrease your body fat. crunches, sit-up, etc. will strengthen the abdominals but they have no effect on fat loss.
