is there a way online that you can find out whether someone has a child or not?

i want to know if "nataniel b. campbell" really has a blood child. the mother of the so called child is shante ponder of brockton, ma.

Birth Certificates are public record, you should be able to contact the State Dept of whatever state the child was born in and get info. All that will tell you however is what is on the BC.

you shouldn't be able to at all(online or otherwise) unless you have some legal claim
