Because they can! If you were speeding the safety camera will detect this depending on which it was, a gatso works on radar, and so will flash all that moves past it. If you were in your own car, the gestapo have to issue a notice of intended prosecution within 14 days, a company or hire vehicle must be in a "reasonable" time. If the camera is not painted bright yellow, it belongs to the local council, and they can only report you to the police for consideration for prosecution. Rare. The best way to avoid speeding fines and points is not to speed, most speed limits are now realistic.

this way of cameras that flash from the front are greater state-of-the-artwork. each and every of the cameras flash two times to establish what distance has been travelled between the flashes and at what speed. maximum now use digital imaging. it style of feels very possibly you will get carry of a fixed penalty be conscious - an excellent of £60 and 3 factors on your licence. The 30mph decrease is there for a reason. A 5 year previous infant as quickly as ran in front of my motor vehicle and that i could no longer help hitting her. i grew to become into sticking to the 30 decrease. She had only superficial injuries. If I have been ignoring the decrease and doing 40, i could probable have that infant's dying on my ethical experience. Please stick to the barriers in any respect cases.

These cameras are placed to capture the target vehicle as it comes AND goes, sometimes appearing to capture several other vehicles.
