So i've been checking this one girl out for awhile now... and I see her a lot in the library and I just recently had the courage to sit by her and finally talk... It went ok the first time, just simple small talk and today we spoke a little more. However, what seems odd is I'm always the one initiating the questions and conversation. I mean I know she is busy, but is this a sign that she isnt interested? How can you tell if a girl has boyfriend or not? I dont want to keep procuing this gal is she has a boyfriend, you know??
Any help would be appreciated...
Maybe next time just ask her flat out? I dont want to seem odd lol.

She could be a mixer of things from not interested to the fact she could really like you but she is really shy. It is probably best to talk to her a bit more before just coming out with that kind of question as you o not want to scare her off. Although a lot of girls perfer the boy to make the first move because us girls dont want to make a fool out of themselves. Just talk to her for a bit longer and see how it goes.

Properly introduce yourself and ask her if she would like to go for coffee or something simple like that. She'll probably be flattered and if she does have a boyfriend, she'll say something. Don't sweat it. Just be cool.

sounds like she's shy to me. Ask her out for coffee or tea, or something. If she says ok then your in. If not don't bother. Good Luck.
