He will be taking a pre employment drug screening, which is two weeks later.Will this still show up?

He is 16 and claims he took a white pill,I brought him to the emergency room because he was having a panic attack and not sure what he took.He will take a pre employment drug screen and wants to know if this one time incidence may show up. I want to believe he will never do this again since he did tell me about, but have a closer eye on him than ever.I have an appointment for him to seek conseling.

It's detectable in a urine test for a month. It's detectable in a hair test for 6 months. Chances are, for a pre-employment drug screening, it will be a urine test.

It depends on when the last time he smoked was and what he has been doing since so have him drink lots of water and be active and if there is concern then he should go buy a test from a drug store like Cvs or walgreens to do a test and see. The typical time frame is 30 days for it to phase out of the system but there are things to do to help speed the process up as well it also depends upon how much was smoked and when so get the facts from him and get him running and water as well some people will say to do fruit fresh or take golden seal or stuff so as long as he isnt still smoking and hasnt since the test he may come up negative for THC so bust his ballz to get the answers you need to help him get his pass

As long as it's a urine test he will be clean in 30 days. Just drink lots of water to be on the safe side. If it's a hair folicle test, which are not used that commonly, he's done as it will show up for 6 months or more.

He just needs to drink ALOT of water and what kind of drug screen is he getting. If it is a pee test then drink lots of water. If its a hair strand your screwed and if its a mouth swab then dont smoke for 24 hours and the night before he goes to bed have him gargle peroxide then the next morning before he goes to get it have him do it again but then dont let him drink anything or eat anything until they test him so the peroxide will still be in his mouth.

Depending on his pattern of smoking it could be up to a month. As his mother, don't you think you should get him some help instead of worrying about an employment drug screen!!!!

It depends on when he smoked it last. It can and usually will last up to 3 months...you need to quit worrying about a drug test and start being concerned about what your son is doing to his brain and his body.

wow its so easy for everyone to judge but it takes 30 days if he was smoking on a daily basis drink plenty of water and u can buy this stuff called ready clean sold at the nearest gas station yeah that easy they take that and pass!

it also depends on how much he smokes? everyday? it will stay longer.
I used to do drug testing for my company.
have him drink lots of water. and take 2 niacin pills the night before the test. (if he is still smoking)
