What are your top 5 beers?

Well, seeings as how I brew my own my top three are of my own creation.

Texas Bock - I brew this using the same ingredients that the good folks in Shiner use. However, I use real black patent grain in the brewing process rather than "Maltofirm".

American Rice Lager - For this I use a powdered malt as well as a mixture of 50% corn syrup and 50% rice sugar. It makes a very nice pale yellow color without sacrificing any of the full bodied flavor.

Belgium Ale - Just think "Chimey"

The Bard's tale was a long-shot, and it turned out to be the best beer I've ever tasted, but it's nearly impossible to find! The rest are great, but are only a few of the many quality beers out there, both domestic and imported.
