When shopping at Wal*Mart for vitamins, try their brand. It may have the "Equate" name on it but those products are excellent & so much cheaper than the brand names & they have the exact same ingredients as the brand name vitamins do.

It's not wise to purchase vitamins at Walmart or GNC. When it comes to vitamins or supplements, you really do get what you pay for. They often contain artificial additives and they skimp on the expensive ingredients. Remember, a product can be as little as 15% natural and the FDA allows the product to be advertised as a natural product and manufacturers are not required to list all the ingredients in the product.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

Any pharmacy will have a basic, generic daily Multi-Vitamin for around $3-4 per 100. I get mine from Target, but most of these have the same basic ingredients.

Just eat a balanced diet, and a basic Multi will fill in the gaps.

Centrum complete vitamins. Frm yahoo Shopping, for reference: http://shopping.yahoo.com/search?p=Centrum&b=61&cop=mss&sp=pall

I've been using them for years. The newer "performance" version, I take them when I drink, no hangover. I notice when I don't take them... dragging butt a little.
