Yes because good things are a blessing and bad things are their to test your faith ( also a blessing).

Absolutly because we can only percieve these things on are physical means, we cannot see the "good" or "bad" that comes from these things for instance one would think winning the lottery would be a good thing, but what about corruption? or over spending? You realize that we cannot see every outcome of what we do, and so be happy when you feel happy and be sad when you feel sad.

Hi!

If you can look at all things as grist for your mill, so to speak ... that takes equanimity, but it can be done.... I try, and yet the answer comes back, "Now, now ...." which means, "Take it easy, you KNOW that was horrible..... but, just let it go, ok?"

That brings me peace at least, and it makes me try harder for "perceived good" things...

Be thankful for those things you perceive as bad...you could call them your enemies. Enemies are a blessing because they show you your weaknesses.

If you're in good health and don't live in poverty you're better off than the majority of humanity so be thankful for that.

the two stable & undesirable issues ensue to people... while undesirable issues ensue consistently, it makes you delight in the subsequent stable element which comes your way.. stable & undesirable issues the two ensue for a reason. in case you have confidence in previous lives, it is likewise pronounced that undesirable issues will ensue to you as consistent with the way you have been on your previous life yet i'm no longer plenty into that.
