Yes, But different states have different guidelines!!! You could be refused for a number of things,your income, your job, who you live with, etc!!! I could be more helpfull if i knew the nature of the crime. Do your homework before you move, it could get costly!!! Good Luck!!!

Nope, I don't think so.
That would just cause whatever state you move to, to use their tax dollars to keep track of your probation for a crime you committed elsewhere.
