If you are asking, "Can felony probation be moved to another state?", then the answer is yes if you have already established a residence there, but it is totally up to your p.o. and the new state has to accept you.

If you mean can it "be" moved to another state, I guess you'd have to get a judge to approve it. Depends on the terms of your probation.

Yes, But different states have different guidelines!!! You could be refused for a number of things,your income, your job, who you live with, etc!!! I could be more helpfull if i knew the nature of the crime. Do your homework before you move, it could get costly!!! Good Luck!!!

Nope, I don't think so.

That would just cause whatever state you move to, to use their tax dollars to keep track of your probation for a crime you committed elsewhere.
