hell yes its ok,i have a sister a couple years younger than me and at first i would peek into the shower or peek into her room and couldnt help myself,i blew the biggest load watching her and eventually i was busted and to my surprise she was turned on by it and we've been doing everything known to man since!!!

is it bad? yes, according to society and religion but if you and your relative agree and you dont have babies then that's ok. you live your life like you want to but dont hurt people.
