good one, but then it challenges the abortion debate, if those are considered children then they would outlaw abortion an so theres a whole bees nest that evokes lol. so in such case i would have to say no.... however i do think we should sqeeze every last penny we can out of the government as they do us . we should chrge the goverment administrative fees

Well, stem cells are found in amniotic fluid, so they probably don't count as people. If they were embryos, it would be a more difficult question.

I always thought it was hypocritical that the Republican party claims life begins at conception but they won't let you deduct that life for tax purposes until it's born.
