Anyone can look younger than their age -- it depends on the person.... not their cuteness. :-)

Not exactly an answer to your question, but I am 33. People always have thought I was younger. Most people think I am about 25 now.
So when I was 25 most girls thought I was 17-19 and wanted nothing to do with me. Now, I get attention from 20-25 year old women. Gaaa!!!! It drives me crazy. I am married now and dear lord I wish I got this kind of attention when I was single.

Sure. Good looks have nothing to do with someone looking younger then they are but it seems to help some.

Of course they can. I was talking to this guy in one of my classes and i thought he was really cute i figured him to be around 21 he ended up being 31.

well I think that really cute guys tend to have a baby face quality that makes them cute. But really its how you define cute.

Depends on the damage he has done in his life, i.e. drinking, smoking, drugs, sun damage, etc. just like women.
