Simply talk to him... in case he rejects the offer (low probability), you must not leave the place, but keep sitting besides him & talk casually about other topics & react normally as other days. This way, you won't hurt him even if he would had hurt you. Also, don't stop seeing him... just remain a good friend as you are now.

honey walk up to that guuy and tell him that you have the hotts for him but he don't its cool. because you done this he will start to love you back
