Contact the employer and let them know you've moved, and ask if they can send another copy.

Have you had your mail forwarded from the old address? Forwarded mail can take a few extra days to get to you.

Just call up your previous employer and ask him to send another copy of the W-2. If you can't locate him, then look up the info from your old paycheck stubs and file your return based on that.
