I feel im a bit over weight and planning joining a gym, i do have a bit a fat on my stomuch and body. i wouldalso like to gain a bit of muscle, but not to much. do youhave any good info or web sites for me

I'm 32 and 6'3", not sure what 14 and a half stone is, but I'm 235 pds and have been there for quite a while. My friends who are pretty skinny and around the same height hover around 200 pds, while my more muscular friends are closer to my weight. I would just do more cardio and get leaner.
