Not really - just as perming causes damage to our hair, so does coloring. It's best for your hair to be natural - it keeps the hair healthier

There are certain vegetable dyes that won't harm your hair. But in general, ordinary store-bought colors are REALLY not good for your hair.

Only if you have good Strong hair. It can break down the hair follicles. I have a friend who thinks it makes her hair grow.

no i dun think so..coz u give ur hair ruff treatment..like bleach it..remove all the protiens outof it..when u do hair color..
