I;m thinking of taking one and wanted to know how it was AFTER you finished the class. It wouldn't be for stripping or anything, but jsut home use with my hubby.

I loved the pole dancing class I took because we all were normal women who were having lots of fun. It gives you confidence and makes you feel sexy! I used one or two moves at home for my hubby and he got a kick out of them - I even had him try out some. Its a lot of fun and unlike somepeople may think it is classy! Totally check it out!

Always wanted to - but never really put my foot down and signed up for classes ... what's really funny is my Grandma has taken the class before me ... lol ... can you picture your granny spinning around the pole ... she told me she had a lot of fun and the instructors were awesome ... she also said it's a lot harder than it looks ... !
It's great exercise and it really turns the men on if you know how to show what you got ... think of all the fun we could have if we knew how to strip / pole dance ... I say we do it ... lol ... !

I took one years ago and now I teach them every once in a while. i was a full time dancer for 2 years and made a ton of money. To get the good money you have to be willing to do the "extras" but you can still do good if you just dance. guys love it! One girl I taught wanted to do it just for her hubby. They had a pole put in their bed room and she told me that they have the best sex ever now!.

My daughter has a couple of DVDs by Carmen Electra that teach stripping and pole dancing, she does them for excercise.

Those strippers make it look easy, but it's harder than it looks. I tried it with a friend when I was in college, but I wasn't built for it. I don't know if it's that popular. I only know of one place in the greater LA area that teaches this in the late 80's.

I never have, but I know people who took pole dancing classes, and their inner thighs were really bruised, other than that they said they really enjoyed it.

I never have but sounds fun. From what I understand you get sore and bruised sometimes. Men enjoy whatever you do, appreciate the effort and fun, even if they don't always say so.

i TOTALLY want to take one, but dont know where to look. but i DID just get carmen electras striptease areobics and my bf ALWAYS wants me to do my "sexersizes". he cant wait until i get to the labdance dvd. lol
