Does anyone have one of these, because i have just got one and i just wanted to know if it works and what i can do to lose some weight?
What are your sugestions??

I love my lateral thigh trainer and it really does work.Since you just got yours you may want to start out with only a 3-5 minutes as a routine for about 2 weeks.I know it sounds like so little but its actually burn city in your thighs,butt,and calves.But thats just because its working:) If you use yours and do stretches it really does get rid of cellulite within 1-2 weeks of consistent use.
I use hand weights while I am on mine and do up and down arm stretches.I also do upper torso turning while holding weights and doing my lateral thigh trainer workouts to get rid of the love handles..I also looked on ebay and you can actually get a video and a few other accessories.
I just use mine with the weights and do the stretching.I also drink green tea prior to starting my workout to help boost metabolism and then I keep up with a healthy meal plan.I've had mine for about 6 months and it has contributed to my weight loss.And it has taken away unwanted cellulite the results are seen faster than weight loss is.But hey once you see the cellulite disappearing it really helps to start your workout confidence and makes you want to keep up with it:)

I have one. Don't use it as much as I said I would. But i definately felt the difference in using it - even after a days use.

At the start I would do 10mins in the morning, 10 mins in the afternoon, and another 10 mins before bed.

Do it whilst watching TV, or listening to an album, the time fly's by!

I noticed a difference in my bum being more tone, my thighs looking my defined BUT i don't see how it works on your stomach?! Once you get started on it, you will know what I mean...

Weight loss - yes it does help with a diet. (like any exercise machine) Make sure you are eating a healthy balanced diet, and it can really help.

i individually think of they are rubbish. i've got had the reeboko ne and the single they promote on television (won't be able to bear in mind what that is called - sorry!). Ive locate them particularly undemanding regardless of it being on the main confusing point and that i be attentive to this is going to sound daft, yet I as quickly as ate a cheeseburger whilst i develop into on it just to teach to a relative who swears via it precisely how little it works for me. Others that have offered those machines say it particularly helps shift the burden from inner and outer thighs, bums and hips and makes them sweat like mad yet regrettably, it particularly did no longer artwork for me and that i'm not greater healthful in any respect so it won't be able to be because of the fact I even have intense wellness ranges.

I ve got one and I use it 3 times a week for 30 minutes (usually watching tv). It was difficult in the begining, I only managed 3 minutes when I first had it but soon built my time up. Combined with a sensible diet you l soon lose weight, tone up and increase your cardiac function. Have fun and enjoy.

yes i have one and it burns like hell on your thighs when you start out. but yes they are good just take it easy at first do 3-5mins as the other person suggested otherwise you will burn yourself out. make sure you stretch before using it
