For the most part, I rarely ask anything, atheist-oriented or otherwise, but I'd probably still attend/answer in the Society & Culture, the Chemistry, the Health, and the Family and Relationships areas.

Atheists are much more open to other religions than the Abrahamic religions (although they don't generally have a problem with Judaism because Jewish have learned not to try to force other people to live by their religion). Mostly because those other religions don't try to force themselves on anyone else.

If the Abrahamic religions were to leave, the other religions wouldn't be so afraid to post on here and there wouldn't be such sniping comments. Even though there'd still be alot of "its not real", it wouldn't get so in-your-face.

As for every religion to leave, it's doubtful that would ever happen. If it did, Atheists would just leave too.

~~~ Happy ,,, I would first take a poll asking, "Who has read the books by Joseph Campbell or seen his 6hr interview with Bill Moyers on PBS?",,, then I would ask, "Who is familiar with traditions other than The Mayan Calender and Dec. 21,2012?",,, then I would ask, " Who has heard of John Major Jenkins (Mayan Calender Expert, Astronomer) and his hypothosis in his book "Galactic Alignment". (which occurs on the same date). Now that I know my audience is not under The Influence of The Church, the time would be ripe for some excellent discussions which have nothing to do with Dogmatic Religion,,,, "Gods" and The Faithful Sheep who worship them,,, and start Understanding the MEANING behind The Symbolism ! Welcome Freethinkers !

Here's a few discussion topics:

I'd be curious whether other atheists think fighting to remove "in god we trust" is important or a distraction?

Who will be elected President first, a gay Christian or a straight Atheist?

As far as convincing fundamentalists to acknowledge science, would astronomy be a better battle ground than biology?

I would talk about spirituality, instead of religion... just because other people dont believe in whatever god/s etc doesnt mean they dont have their own spirituality as opposed to religion.
I would ask things like...

What is your personal spirituality?
Do you miss attempting to debate rationally with irrational people?
What led you to disbelieve in god/s and religious doctrine or dogma?
Were you raised by a religious family, and changed your beliefs, or were you born into a non religious family?

etc etc.. The world doesnt stop for religion or the lack of it.. people still have questions.

salaams dude! nicely i could choose for to start by potential of telling you i'm no expert and something i say might desire to continually be researched as with any1 telling u on the information superhighway. anywhoo u might desire to be useful of one ingredient inspite of the shown fact that - Allah is all forgiving. i dont wanna decide on how vast or small ur sin is - yet I somewhat have finished alot worse. if u extremely repent for any sin commited then somewhat Allah will forgive u. of direction no1 can say 4 useful as Allah in basic terms is prevalent with what's extremely in our hearts and if we are extremely regretful etc. your self-worth matters may well be helped by using Islam, and right this is why i think of so, you start to appreciate that this existence isn't as substantial interior the slightest by using fact the heareafter... you already know if u might desire to concern approximately those petty issues or no longer, and u can extremely upward push above it that's a great feeling. enable me tell u something else, if u have been to transform to Islam you would be presented to an entire new relatives. u will discover new brothers and sisters in Islam. If there are persons that would desire to probable provide u a no longer easy time then u musn't take them heavily. for each muppet that tries to place u down there will be yet another to strengthen u up. with regard to the female ingredient, u might desire to be attentive to that if u r a stable training brother, and u continually show this... there will be sisters lineing as much as marry u lol! its real.. before everything some females could have an interest in different issues, however the pious one's will somewhat know what's substantial and those are the only's u choose for for marriage! each little thing in this existence is purely short-term, from seems to wealth etc etc. concentration on attending to heaven my chum. u won't be apologetic approximately it. Inshallah each little thing works out 4 u. i replaced into born muslim myself yet purely recently began working in the direction of lower back, and that i on no account felt extra advantageous. wish all is going nicely!

If they ALL left there are still a number of atheists that have spiritual beliefs, some are buddhists, etc .etc. Then there's the agnostics, they wouldn't be gone.
