These are the breakfast foods in our home: non-sugary cereals like Shredded Wheat or Grape Nuts, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, toast, french toast and pancakes. Sometimes when we have company I'll make huevos rancheros.

I LUV breakfast. Breakfast for me during the week is eggs with cheese, sausage links and coffee from the cafeteria at work. On the weekends, it's doughnuts OR I make breakfast for my family like biscuits with sausage and gravy OR breakfast sandwishes (eggs, sheese, sausage, on a biscuit) OR my husband makes great pancakes, OR scrambles eggs & bacon OR sunny-side-up eggs with sausage patties AND coffee.

Darjeeling and cream. I can't eat breakfast. I go for apples and nuts at 11 instead. On weekends, I love having breakfast though. Drive to a nice cafe by the beach and get a flat white coffee, and Eggs Benedict with salmon.

usually it's a can of soda and a blueberry begal while running out the door. If not soda then a can or two of V8.
Never coffee, it makes me smell bad all day and if I start to sweat, ewww.. coffee smell and under arm stains.

Sunday morning its bacon, eggs, toast.. sometimes pancakes and sausage

Two bagels, toasted, with peanut butter. One glass of juice, either orange or tomato. One cup of black coffee. One plate of cut-up fruit, which I nibble while reading the paper. Usually two cut-up apples, because they're cheap. In season, maybe oranges or cut-up cantaloupe. (I can't count on being free for lunch, so I need a breakfast that'll hold me till mid-afternoon.)

Breakfast is the first meal of the day! The "breaking of your fast".

For me, that can be anything from an omelette to cold pizza, fish and rice, or a couple of handfuls of popcorn.

The ingredients don't matter, as long as it powers you out the door, and helps you make it to lunch!

Best wishes!

I never used to eat breakfast as a rule, but if I did grab something in the morning, it was just a banana. Now, I try to have some sort of meat, bread, fruit, and dairy to balance it out.

These days, to keep my blood sugar in check, I have to do all of my meals like this.

Technically that sounds like a good breakfast.

Mine is around 10 a.m. and I forage through the fridge for anything edible. Today it was a quesadilla.

My regular breakfast on weekdays is just coffee and a blueberry waffle with honey, and if I have time a Sliced banana with cinnamon on top.YUM, YUM!!
During the weekends We sometimes make wheat pancakes with home made pecan & brown sugar syrup with bananas, with hot Puerto Rican coffee & milk with hazzle nut cream. Yummmm, Yummm!!!! ''Sorry you are not invited'', it's for my hubby and kids only!!!!!
