Does anyone know if the Sandisk Ultra II sd memory card is compatible with the DXG 506V camara/camcorder ?

A SanDisk Ultra ll SD card will be fine. Just make sure you stay at or under 2GB - DXG's product sheet for the 506V states that this is the maximum size: http://www.dxgtechusa.com/data_sheets/506v.pdf
