My son and Neice were born 2 wks apart and me and my sil want to do their first birthday together. their nicknames are Pebbles and Bam Bam but we cant find any theme what so ever. Anyone know of any?

Dinosaurs! Have everyone dress up like cave people, get party stuff with dinosaurs all over it. You could make a cake that looks like a rock (or dino shaped). Have everyone bring a card that has a dinosaur on it (that way the gifts can still be original). Give people name tags like Auntie-saurus and such.
This way it incorporates the Flintstones thing, but not as specifically so that things are easier to find.

If there nick names r pebbles and bam bam do a theme on that be creative it would be heaps of fun makes stuff that resemble the flinstones. Get everyone to dress up for the occassion.
