Lesson #1.

Never dye your hair right before an occasion.
You have absolutely no idea how it will turn out.

I suggest doing it on a sample of your hair to test it out first.
And I mean to test out the dying of it...and how it washes out.

If you don't have enough days to do this...then wait until a later date.

You don't want to look like a freak and totally embarrass yourself, now do you?

Well it depends how ginger you are. Remember if you dye it a permanent blonde your roots will grow through in just over a week so you will have blonde hair and ginger roots. If you just want blonde for a party try using some wash out dyes they last for about 3 washes maximum and are great for a party, they are also really cheap, you can get them from any chemist or boots shop for about £2-£3. You could also try semi-permanent dyes and these last for about a month or so.

Why not go to a hairdressers and have high or low lights this way you can still have it done permanently but it will grow out slower and look more natural. Try having a honey or chestnut brown. Darker colours look much better in ginger hair and they blend in more.

Don't be ashamed of your hair colour either. I'm sure your hair will look great no matter what colour it is. Why not go to the hairdressers and have a wash and blow dry and get it straightened for the party.

Have a good time anyway and i hope i have helped!?

Why can't Tinkerbell be ginger, if you dye your hair blond you will have to wait for the bleached blond hair to grow out. Stick with beautiful ginger hair. Enjoy the party.

I thought Linsey Lohan looked terrible as a blonde. Just something to think about. Also, "wash in, wash out" ONLY works on darker shades! The only way to go lighter is to bleach. Even the semi- permanent and permanent stuff will only make your hair look brassy if you're too much darker than the shade you want. Get a wig.

DONT!! Blondes to me seem so generic, any other color has more of an exotic look. Just find a cheap blonde wig. Even if you temporarily dye your hair blonde, chances are it might not actually turn out to be the right color blonde, or it could damage your hair...

depending on how long you've got to go until the party i would have highlights and have more added each time but if you don't have that much time to go i would say don't go for an all over blonde as it would be to shocking i would have lots of highlights put in it should look really nice if your carefully how you do it and don't go to drastic to soon
