at most casinos, the money is left on and they pay you your winnings minus that money

Example: Bet $2 C and $2E. Roll comes up 11. You get paid $30 on your E and lose $2 on your C so if you do not ask, you will usually be paid $28 and they will leave your $2 C and $2 E bet up there ,...... you can ask for the 4 dollars back if you do not want to roll it over
