Both are 40-something divorcee..What will your reaction be if the man says that he likes you but will continue the fooling around and not show you off as his girlfriend in public. So you watch a movie and eat in public without the affection but have the intimacy in his bedroom.

That's entirely up to you.
If you are getting what you want from the relationship and so is he.
Then go with it.
Otherwise, change it.

I would say that it's acceptable.
What's acceptable for you and what is for others will not always be the same.

If someone told me that, I think I would be hesitant about being intimate with them. I wouldnt want to accidently find he has a few girls on the side. It'd make me a little more comfortable if he wanted you to be his girlfriend but to keep it light (as in, not tell many people except close friends at first).

That's fine. Its just a matter of personal preference. I know I'm not a big fan of PDA (public display of affection). I don't mind holding hands or quick pecks. But if he's touching my butt or wanting to kiss with tongue, he gets a boot in is ***. lol. Its what matters between the two ppl. Not what everyone else sees.

you're being used...if he is hiding you and your relationship you can count on the fact he's not only using you for sex and whatever else he can get but he is hiding something too. you'll find out he had a girlfriend or wife...dump him he's a loser and you can do better...its much better to be alone than with someone like this.

Why don't you ask him to some date activity where there will be others around. If he says no, there's your clue.

in your 40s mean your time is on the down stroke, so you better get to the third date and get screwing. [ get him some double action sex pills; they keep his peter from backing out and his back from petering out.]

What are you, a prostitute? I wouldn't allow myself to be treated like dirt.
