my mothers nose pour is sometimes cold mostly in evening it makes her feel irritation???? is it a serious problem

just allergic manifestations, as they increase at night. Just an antihistaminic or a decongestant can stop that.

Your mother must feel pretty miserable: Runny noses are not fun!

I wouldn't call it a serious problem as such. But I can well understand her being irritable. Has she tried drinking a nice hot cup of tea in the evenings? Sometimes steam helps. Or is there something she is allergic to that is present mostly in the evenings?
