im 15 and i want to lose weight at the moment im on this diet wich i exercise alot coz i walk alot and everyday i eat just fruit and water but its hard stiking to it.. will i lose weight by just eatn fruit and water 4 2weeks if i can handle it

Of course it is hard to stick to it! You are getting absolutely no fat or protein, and your body is starving for proper nutrition. You need a better plan.

Go and see your doctor. You are 15, and this is a critical age for your development. Any calorie-restrictions now can have serious reprocussions to your health.

Meanwhile, you need to eat a well-balanced diet. Water is great! Fruit is great! You just need more.

You'll lose weight but you'll also lose energy and muscle mass. Get your parents to buy you Bob Greene's new book called The Best Life Diet. It teaches you good techniques to lose weight and to stay healthy at the same time. Keep walking and make sure you eat healthy but EAT, don't starve yourself. There are more healthy foods in life than fruit so just do your research. Good luck.

you will have a lot of diarrhea, that's for sure. You need a more balanced diet. It's not safe. Speak to a doctor or dietician for specific guidelines, but a great dieting tip is not to eat after 7:00 pm.(or 6:00 pm, if you can). If you eat small, nutritionally balanced meals and stop eating at 6:00 pm (and you already said that you exercise), you will probably lose weight without starving yourself.
