Tempature can be affected by your activity level, the tempature of the room around you, (if the tempature was taken oral) by food or drink you have taken recently, the tempature of the air you are breathing, etc. 98.6 is the AVERAGE. But a person oral temptature can be anywhere between 97 and 99 and it is still "normal". Most people's tempature often runs a little below the 98.6 mark. Nothing to be concerned about unless the tempature drops below 96.

An average for human temperature is 98.6. Your's is slightly lower than that. However, normal is considered anything between 97 and 99. So you're in the normal range. You're fine.

No. Each person's body has a "normal" temperature, and that may not be the "normal" for everybody (98.6). On top of that, temperature can fluctuate up and down a whole degree within a day, and any temp within 1 degree of your baseline (what's normal for you) is considered normal.

Nothing wrong with this temperature reading.
Some people have a normal temperature lower than 98.6.
Just know, that for you, having a temperature might be 98.6.
This could be a low grade temp for you if 97.7 is your normal temperature.
Hope this answers your question.

that's normal. there's a lot of factors when taking your temperature. if you came in from the cold, were drinking something cold, etc. then you would expect it to be lower. remember: 98.6 degrees F is AN AVERAGE, hence some people will be above and some below.

No...the average temperature is 98.6, but this is only an average and not an absolute...mine has always been 96.8-97.0. Higher temperatures are more indicative of a problem, as this usually indicates the body is fighting an illness or infection.
