Wife and I are considering taking some pills to help us with our weight loss. So many out there not sure where to turn. Anyone had REAL results with any brand?

No. There are no great fat loss pills out there. That's why there are so many of them. If there WAS one that worked, it would have cleared out it's competition.

Look for a comprehensive diet and exercise program. It's great that both you and your wife are on board on this! A big factor in weight loss is to have someone support you when times get tough.

No fat loss pill will have greater benefits than proper diet and exercise can have for you. But a good fat loss pill can enhance your results and make them come faster. But don't expect miraculous results from ANY fat loss pill. The two weight loss pill I've had the most success with are: 1. The 72 Hour Diet Pill 2. Lipovox
With the 72 hour diet pill I lost 8.5 pounds in 3 days to trim up for a Holiday cruise I went on (all but 2 pounds came back after the cruise but what can you do?). Lipovox is not only a really good fat loss pill but also helped out my acne.

Don't expect any fat loss pill to give you any results unless your eating proper, drinking lots of water, and doing some sort of physical activity. I think water is the must undervalued appetite suppressant. Try drinking 1/2 ounce of water for every pound you weigh. Its a great appetite suppressor. I weigh 180 pounds and try to drink 90 ounces of water per day. Its been working wonders.

Eat lots of fiber too! Good luck!

I used metabolife but it used to have ephedrine. That was really good it helped me curve my appetite and gave me more energy so i actually looked forward to go to the gym. I think it doesnt exist anymore. But I did try others before and one of the lowered my blood pressure. So I would suggest to ask your doctor because it might be dangerous depending on your health. Now that I dont take pills I just try to eat portion controlled meals and exercise.

The only "real" permanent way to lose weight is to make a permanent lifestyle change--diet and exercise. There is no magic bullet. Eat better, move more.
