I named my daughter Aiyana. It is pronounced Eye Yawn Uh. It is a Native American name and means eternal bloom. I love unique names too, but since I went with an uncommon name I gave her a common middle name (Grace). I like Cohen for a boy.

Dig into your family history as far back as you can go.No, I'm not suggesting you use Bertha.My son's first name was my maiden name and my daughter has my great grandfather's name.Espically check out the maiden names for all the females in the family.
