Graph, pie chart etc.

It depends on what you are looking at:

If looking for a neat way to show percentages - pic chart is best.
If looking to compare males/ females etc histogram or pie chart is best.
If looking to display temperature changes etc a line graph is best.

Once your data is on the spreadsheet (similar to a table) then you highlight it and click on graphs, a box will pop-up - showing in small form how the graph will look, you can decide what suits you best before you select and add titles etc to it.

Highlight the data you want to show ,and click on the chart wizard button in your excel toolbar and follow the wizard though the various charts of your choice.

If you mean charts then go to insert in the toolbar and select charts. You have to have the data set up correctly to have it show how you want. You should probably go to Excel help and type in charts and read about them.
