With each other, no, they mustn't. They're generally too emotionally immature to make the decisions needed to reach a sound decision, and they are too careless when it comes to birth control and avoiding STD's. The reason why 18 is called the age of consent is that a person under 18 is, legally, not old enough to be able to make a rational decision. This is a generalization, but you have to draw the line somewhere, and our society draws it at 18.

Kissing and some touching is okay, but it shouldn't get out of hand.

To relieve that hormonal pressure, they should take matters into their own hands. Or fingers.

I believe that just because a person thinks he or she is ready for sex doesn't necessarily mean they are ready for the consequential responsibility, like a baby, a std, etc, etc. If something could be changed as a part of life I think that sex should be a part of a relationship where love will lead to a healthy responsible one rather than a fun and lustful one where the end results are more than likely to be less fulfilled.

I don't think teenagers at any age should have sex because they are not mature enough to handle the consquences! And sex is suppose to be for married couples because it is an intimate experience between husband and wife. It is the closest you can get to one another. All the sexual transmitted diseases out there are a punishment for not obeying God. Some people don't get them because they are the ones who usually repent and make a relationship with God.

I don't think that teenagers musn't have sex at all but this is the tricky part: what comes after? Normally if anything goes wrong who would be responsable? I think that adults stress on the fact that young teenagers musn't have sex at all is because most of the young teenagers haven't learner to be responsable yet. Most of them are selfish - which is normal at this age. The difference between an adult and a teenager is that the adult would be responsable for his acts while teenagers are not. if you have sex and for x reasons the girl gets pragnant what would you do? who would hire you to work and earn your living and hers and the baby? think about it.

Yes, because young teens are not mature enough or financially capable of dealing with the consequences. Sex is not a game.

Well it always depends on the situation. . .People always say that if you are ready then nothing should keep you from having sex with someone you truly care for and you know that has the same feelings for you.
Besides that, however statistics have shown that most teenagers who had sex regret for having it so early so be careful and most of all do it because you wanted too and not only your partnen. . .Hope I helped!

I'm a virgin and always will be until my wedding day. Why? Sex before marriage is a sin. It's aganist the Ten Commandments. Even lusting after someone is a sin.

Noone should have sex before marriage. In fact, I'm not even going to kiss a boy until my wedding day. I'm saving my body for my husband.

they shouldn't have sex at all simply becuase they are way too young to understand what sex is all about. when you have sex with somebody you are merely taking on the responsibilty of the consequences of having sex. like early parent hood and sexually transmitted diseases.
