About how much does a average person be taking?
And how about if you are working out 3 to 4 times a week, how much protein should I intake then?

the general rule of thumb is to ingest about 1-2 grams of protein for every pound you weigh. closer to 1 gram if you dont workout, exercise, etc. closer to 2 grams if you do lift and do strenuous physical activity.

I read somewhere that 50 grams was a good average for women but men need a little more.
