depends on the therapist, but in general around 50 mins per session (some go a little longer, others go a little less).
if you want to know how long you would "require" therapy a lot of that depends on you and your therapist. therapy doesn't change things overnight, and a lot times its going to be very difficult, but if you're willing to work through things then it's definitely worth it. most therapists will let you go at your own pace but at the same time will help push you into talking about the stuff you're not necessarily all that comfortable talking about

for psychiatrist its usually 30min sessions for a psychologist its about an hour and some will even go over the limit. Therapy itself can last years and you stop when you are ready to. I think it depends on the person and what they are dealing with. Some just have more things to tackle. Some stop therapy and then return when life gets a little more stressful. Sometimes ya need it sometimes ya dont thats kinda the way of it. I hope this has answered your question.

Depends on what type of therapy.. and what you mean.. in minutes or in sessions.

Most are 45-50 minutes.... (sometimes an hour)

and sessions can vary as well

You can be in therapy just for a month, or a few months, or years.. depending on your situation.

50 minutes. but if you mean overall, it depends how much you put into it and what the therapy is for.
