Do you have the old or the new Turkish lira, because that makes a huge difference.

250000 TL(old) = 25 YKr (Yeni Kuruş / New Kurush)

25 YKr = 16 Cents (approx)

So, Lekkerding is right, but no need to wait 100 years:)) It would be valuable 20-30 years later.

if u have five-six of them, that means u nearly have one american dollar :)) old turkish lira is not used in turkey anymore. but, people can be surprised, if they see so many zeros on a money and think it worths a lot :))

unfortunatelly it is out of order you can't even buy a gum with it. but it means 25 new turkish liras that you can buy some sweet...

take care yourself it is a big money! :-)

It's a few cents, and old TL is not used anymore. So, it's basically worthless. You can just keep it, and wait for 100 years to pass, so it'll be old and maybe valuable.
