He was just a little boy, on a week's first day.
He was wandering home from Sunday School, and dawdling on the way.
He scuffed his shoes into the grass; he found a caterpillar.
He found a fluffy milkweed pod, and blew out all the "filler".

A bird's nest in a tree overhead, so wisely placed on high,
Was just another wonder that caught his eager eye.
A neighbor watched his zig zag course, and hailed him from the lawn,
Asked him where he'd been that day and what was going on.

"I've been to Bible School," he said and turned a piece of sod.
He picked up a wiggly worm replying, "I've learned a lot of God."
"M'm very fine way," the neighbor said, "for a boy to spend his time."
"If you'll tell me where God is, I'll give you a brand new dime."

Quick as a flash the answer came! Nor were his accents faint.
"I'll give you a dollar, Mister, if you can tell me where God ain't."

I guess that depends on your concept of God. Some think God is all knowing and all seeing man in a mystical sky place called Heaven. Others say that God or rather Gods are everywhere and in everything. Others say more abstractly that God is in the eyes of a child. Some people think they are God, others might think you are God.

So in order to answer your question, you must first know who God is? Do you know?

God is Most definatly in heaven seated on His throne of Righteousness looking over you and I, and waiting pateintly with Longsuffering, that HUmanity may repent and turn fto him, because it is not His will that any should persih, but that all should come to repentace wich leads to eternal life. The BIble says Jesus christ, has intercede for us and sits on the throne of mercy, but will one day, Judge the entire world in righteousness.
The Bible says sin is transgression of the Law (ten Commandments). Every time we lie, steal, lust, covet and blaspheme, we have sinned against and infinately Holy God, and he demands rightouesness on the day of Judgement. the penalty for sin is death and hell. the good news is that Christ suffered and died for our sins, we broke the law and Jesus so graciously paid our fine withhis own lifes blood. Every man who repents (turns from sin) and trust in Christ Jesus, will be forgiven and granted the gift of everlasting life. I know this is true, I have repented and have been givien the free gift of eternal life through Jesus christ. What are you waiting on? The BIble says "Today is the Day Of Salvation."
God Bless

God is in heaven. Heaven is the waters above which are separated from Earth by the firmament. The firmament is where all the stars, planets, sun, and moon are stuck.

Proverbs 15:29
The LORD is far from the wicked but he hears the prayer of the righteous.

-He lives in those who are saved through Jesus Christ, we are sealed with His Holy Spirit, and He resides in us. He sees all, however, and knows the thoughts of every person (Hebrews 4). The difference is, He has not given His spirit to those who reject Him, so that is why they do not have the understanding of His word or desire to follow Him. God is in control of all, and is above all- Nothing is hidden from His sight as it says:Hebrews 4:13
Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

John 10:27
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.

where he has always been right by your side !
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was
walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the
sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he
noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one
belonging to him, and the other to the Lord. When
the last scene of his life flashed before him, he
looked back at the footprints in the sand. He
noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed
that it happened at the very lowest and saddest
times in his life. This really bothered him and he
questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, You said that
once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all
the way. But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life, there is only one set
of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed
you most you would leave me." The Lord replied,
"My son, My precious child, I love you and I would
never leave you. During your times of trial and
suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it
was then that I Carried You."

Everywhere - See him in the birth of a new born baby, see Him in the eyes of a surgeon performing life saving operations, see Him in the guy who holds a door open for you - He's there - Just sit quite for awhile and you'll hear him
