ok well theres this guy and my friend really likes him like alot...and i think he really likes her too because ive known him for a long time and i can kinda tell...but how do i kno for sure?

Get them together in a more private setting ie. dinner for four, double dating at the movies, theater, skating, bowling, concert, etc.

Suggest that she go talk to him. DONT play the middle man, or woman. Let them figure it out on their own.
