too much wax in that ear. Put some ear drops in by from a chemist. If it doesnt go better go to your Doctors. But dont visit the Doctor before you put the Ear Drops in because he will just tell you to come back the next week and then decide whether or not to get your ear seringed. It doesnt hurt. But no point going to the Doctor first. Its usually forms when you have had a heavy cold.

Tinnitus aka ringing in the ears can be caused by exposure to loud sounds, certain medication or it may have no cause at all. It is often just in one ear so this is not unusual. Unless it is caused by medication there is not much you can do about it.

Ear blocked by wax. Put soda glycerine in the ear to soften the wax.If it doesn't help. see an ENT specialist to get the ear cleaned.
