Drinking TEA or coffee at night produces the same thing in me. I used to be immune to it before.

Hi, it sounds like you are suffering with anxiety/panic attacks, although you think there is no apparent reason there will be, so keep a log of situations when this happens and you will notice as i did a connection, it may be to do with a person or persons or a situation which makes you nervous.Do not avoid these situations as the more you do them the less nervous you will be. These attacks will not harm you they are just your bodies way of telling you something isn't quite right. hope this helps. Jo.xx

I think they may be anxiety attacks. I have them too. I'll be somewhere, a store...wherever and all of a sudden this nervous feeling sweeps over me and I feel paranoid and I just want to get out of there....it's an odd, unpleasant feeling to say the least..but it only lasts for a few minutes. But I don't have trouble sleeping. I'm not sure what causes it but I'd like to know too.

Yep I used to have this, it came out of the blue one day and didn't leave for 2 years, its anxiety or nerves, both the same. Just do breathing exercises or try and exercise before bed.
