i weight 80kg.i do cycling 15km everday.can any one tell me how much i weigt will i decrease after 30days.

wow!Q why are you trying to decrease you need to increase you are very small

It depends on your height, 80 KG is a lot if you are 140 cm, if you are 190 it is not a lot at all.

Check your BMI (body mass index).

If you are in the good range, then you ought to make sure you get enough good food to eat so you can have the energy and be healthy.

wen u do cycling ur thighs get more fat u can do yoga for just 30 min a day in morning then u see u will loose weight very fast in 30 days u will loose upto 5 -8 kgs

hey girl if ur height is about 170-180then u dont need to decrease it but if u r not comfortable with it only lose about 10 kg
for ur question ud lose about 15 kg

You should do it everyday for at least two months. If working only 30 days bring a huge effect, who's gonna be fat in this world?
